in the United States Army with 18 years of leadership and project management experience. He is a native of San Diego, California and is currently based out of Augusta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University where he received his BA in Criminal Justice and a MA from American Military University in Intelligence Studies. Ray is also a certified ScrumMaster® and certified Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T). He has actively invested in real estate since 2010 with a focus on residential homes, multifamily and storage facilities, with over 150 doors under management located in Texas and Georgia.
